APPOINTMENT TIMES
APPOINTMENTS ARE VERY IMPORTANT TIMES

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR DELIVERY DATES & TIMES,
WE PLEASE ASK THAT YOU BE ON TIME FOR YOUR DELIVERY.
 IF YOU ARE AN HOUR OR LATER TO YOUR SCHEDULED TIME
WE CANT WAIT FOR YOU TO ARRIVE BECAUSE OF OTHER DELIVERIES
 FOR THAT DAY. IF YOU KNOW YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATE LET US
KNOW WHEN YOU EXPECT TO BE THERE AND WE WILL RETURN
THAT DAY OR THE FOLLOWING DAY TO DO A WALK-THROUGH.

THE DAY OF THE PICKUP YOU NEED TO BE OUT OF THE UNIT BY 11:00 AM. IF THE UNIT IS NOT READY TO BE PICKED-UP AT 11:00 AM A $50/HOUR FEE WILL BE CHARGED. IF THE UNIT IS STILL NOT VACANT BY 2:00 PM WE WILL EMPTY OUT THE TRAILER OURSELVES TO MAKE IT TO THE NEXT APPOINTMENT ON TIME.

CANCELLATIONS
THERE IS A $50.00 CANCELLATION FEE FOR ALL CANCELED RESERVATIONS.
IF YOU CANCEL 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION A FULL REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN- LESS THE CANCELLATION FEE.  IF YOU CANCEL 3 WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION A 75% REFUND WILL BE GIVEN-LESS THE CANCELLATION FEE. AND IF YOU CANCEL 14 OR LESS DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR
ENDING YOUR RESERVATION DATES EARLY.

NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES

Appliances: The A/C, Awning, TV, Radio, Microwave, Fridge, Water Heater, Furnace are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no compensation will be made to the renter

Smoking and Pet policy: There is NO SMOKING in any of the trailers. If a Trailer is returned with a smoke odor, renter will be charged additional fees to remove the smoke odor from the trailer. cost will vary but could be up to $600. Pets are allowed in some trailers. If cleaning is needed to remove pet hair and/or pet odor, the renter will be charged accordingly. Costs will vary

Renter Damage: If the Trailer is returned with damage while trailer was in possession of the renter, renter is responsible to pay all damage costs wether the renter was at fault or not or if damage was caused by acts of nature (Wind, rain, earthquake, fire, flood, ect). If an accident occurs, renter is responsible for obtaining a police report and contacting Camping Fever LLC 231-233-5908. The renter is responsible for all rental costs and any and all damages
